At Defiance Metal Products we support many forms of communication with our customers. Your CAD drawings needed for estimates and manufacturing can be email directly to our Project Engineers. We also support secure encrypted E-mail when required by customers.
We can process customer forcasting and orders via EDI. We have an in house IT staff who is able to customize our EDI processing to ensure complete compatability with our customer's systems.
Our customer service representatives are trained to work with various customer web portals and we also take orders by phone and Fax.
Once we ship your parts we can also provide ASN shipment notification via EDI.
