At Defiance Metal Products all requests for quotations (RFQs) are processed by experienced manufacturing engineers. We often recognize cost reduction opportunities and participate in “design for manufacture” discussions even before the price is calculated. As we perform a detailed engineering analysis on each RFQ we are naturally able to offer the most competitive pricing on parts that fit our core competency.
DMP can accept most of the popular native CAD formats for design collaboration and/or price quotation. Your RFQ, along with its due date, is logged at the time of receipt. The sales department monitors “on time delivery” of pricing requests.
DMP engineers also produce detailed routing instructions at the time of quotation.
