High volume parts benefit from a tooled stamping process, but for lower volume parts the cost of tooling is prohibitive.
CNC Laser cutting can be much more cost effective for these lower volume part projects. Laser cutting creates clean cut flat parts and can eliminate the need for debur operations as well as other issues that can arise in the traditional stamping process.
